FYI, I specifically asked security if the rope performance was the reason they were shutting the party down…but no, it was noise and crowds, the security said.
Not that I don’t WANT credit for it, as the idea of being that subversive really appeals to me, but…nope.
I agree, handing out porn on the floor would be tacky. That’s why on all my cards (some of which do contain nudity, which some consider porn) I would ask first if people wanted PG or R-rated cards. Everyone, with one exception, asked for R-rated, much to my surprise.

I did talk to security, and iJustine’s twitter notwithstanding, it was the noise and crowd that shut down the party, not the rope. Much as I’d like to claim to be that subversive…

I wasn’t implying the rope girl got the place busted … she was a little tied up at the time the rent-a-cops showed. Thus the joke…

Also, about the porn cards from UBroadcast … I don’t mind that they had an adult film star for their on-site live show, but for them to pass out postcards with her nude on it was a bit tasteless.
Also, the guy handing them out with the Lunatic Radio shirt reeked of booze on his breath … not cool. I politely declined his card and his persistent offer to get an autograph from their chesty guest.
