As I write this, I’m sitting in Denver’s airport with my Seattle’s Best Coffee and a monkey puppet in my lap. No, I’m not a pervert …

I’m off to the 3rd annual New Media Expo in Ontario, Calif. for a few days of shameless self-promotion. It’s time to do a little face time for the BUCKET podcast and my upcoming projects.

Just looking at Twitter feeds today, there’s a lot of people routing to Ontario through Denver, so I hope I run into some of my favorite podcasters, including “triple C,” CC Chapman. I remember the number of podcasters that were on the flight to Ontario last year… I had 10 biz cards before I landed in Cali!!

Speaking of Cali, my fellow Podshow colleague Cali Lewis of Geekbrief.TV will be noticeably absent from this year’s convention, due to, of all things, RUBELLA!  Damn!  But she’ll be doing videoconference interviews remotely from home.

I have a pair of gloves to wear in sympathy during my interview.  Get well soon Cali! BUCKET will miss you.

Now excuse me while I feed the monkey …. he loves the Quiznos
